One of the biggest complaints about this program is that it has no uninstaller. I tested the program, and it works fine on rooted Android devices. However, if you’re not rooted and want to remove it, there’s nothing to do because the program will uninstall itself. You can get a refund if you’re unhappy with the product, but the refund will come with the pro program, so that it may be worth it.
This program doesn’t have a lot of unique features. It does, however, have two very nice features. First is the ability to set a wallpaper for your phone. If you change your phone’s wallpaper, you must redo the Apex Locker Pro setup, so make sure you back up your settings first; otherwise, you could lose them. Other than that, the only other feature is the ability to install your Google apps.
It comes with an AdSense and a Google Play store. The only issue is that the AdSense and Play stores are not living when you download the program. I also experienced problems when trying to add certain widgets, such as the Google Now widget, which means you won’t always access it unless you’re online. The bad part of the program is that it requires you to enter credit card information on every page you visit. While this is a necessary step in installing the program, this could easily cause credit card identity theft if you aren’t careful. I recommend using PayPal or investing in a fraud protection service.
The good parts of this program are the features it comes with. One of those features is the “share everything” function. You can copy and paste almost any application when you install the pro. You can share pictures, videos, music, applications, web links, etc. You can even copy and paste your SMS messages with the Share Everything function! Apex Launchers Pro is so powerful that you can perform all these tasks without lifting your finger from the keyboard.
Despite its negative points, this program is still one of my favorites because of its ability to perform several tasks that a normal cell phone cannot. You will never have to worry about losing data when transferring files from your PC to your phone or vice versa.
